Booking Registration Instructions

Ewing PBA Hall booking requires the following prior and during purchase:

  1. Website Registration – is a requirement in order for us to obtain important information regarding your hall event booking, credentials and transaction record details.
  2. Photo of Your Valid Driver’s License – Take a photo or digital scan of your driver’s license and save it in either a .jpg, .png, or .gif file format to upload at the bottom of the registration processing form.  This is required prior to any online booking reservation payment.
  3. Refundable Security Deposit – A security deposit will be added to the booking fee during your checkout.  This fee will be refunded upon hall inspection after your event is over.
  4. Hall Rental Agreement Acceptance – Attesting to have read and accepted the Rental Agreement by checking the check box on the registration form.
  5. Credit Card used for online payment.*

REGISTER HERE FIRST – You will not be able to check out until you complete and submit the registration form and agree to the Terms and Conditions in the Ewing PBA Local 111 Hall Rental Agreement.

*PLEASE NOTE: For alternative payment arragements please contact us directly at hallrental@ewingpba.com and include the date you are interested in and a contact phone number!  Please be aware, your email is NOT a guarantee of reservation, as the date remains available for credit card transactions until we can speak with you!
